Availability and pricing

Stock levels shown on this site change as items sell. Listing an item does not guarantee it is still available at the moment you enquire. We confirm availability when we reply to your enquiry.

Prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a price we have confirmed to you in writing is held for that enquiry.

Livestock

All livestock is pickup only. We do not post live animals.
You inspect the animal before you pay and take it home.
Once livestock leaves the premises, its health depends on your transport, acclimatisation and tank conditions, which we cannot observe or control.

REVIEW: the livestock guarantee position, and any live arrival or health policy, must be written by the business. Australian Consumer Law sets requirements about how consumer guarantees may be described and they cannot be excluded.

Food and dry goods

Non-living items are posted Australia wide at a flat $12.95, free on orders over $150.00. Frozen food is pickup only. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are set out on the pickup and postage page.

Returns and refunds

REVIEW: returns and refunds wording must be supplied by the business and checked against the Australian Consumer Law. This has deliberately been left blank rather than guessed.

Advice given

Care information on this site, including species requirements and the care guides, is general guidance for a settled, cycled aquarium. It is not a substitute for monitoring your own tank. Outcomes depend on your water, equipment and existing stock.
