What this website collects, and why.

What we collect
The only information this website asks you for is what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give one
- The subject and message you write
When you submit that form we also record the IP address the submission came from, and the date and time. That is used to detect abuse of the form and nothing else.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. We use your email address to reply to you, and your phone number only if you have given one and email is not working.
How your enquiry is handled
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Mailgun, an email delivery service, and a copy of the notification is sent to our internal team chat so that nothing is missed. Your message passes through those services in order to reach us.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie:
- A session cookie, which keeps your form submission secure and lets us detect forged requests. It expires when you close your browser.
There is no advertising, no analytics tracking and no third-party tracking cookie on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Spam protection
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit the form, Turnstile performs a check to confirm you are not an automated script. Cloudflare's handling of that check is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new window).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. The only parties who handle it are the service providers described above, and only so that your message reaches us.
Accessing or removing your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your enquiry, at any time through the contact form.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery, and all input is validated and escaped before it is stored or displayed.
Changes to this page
If how we handle your information changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
